Carmie was born on November 4th, 1917 in Russell Springs,KY.1 Carmie's father was Thomas Wright Riggins and her mother was Sophie Absher. Her paternal grandparents were William David Riggins and Catherine Brown; her maternal grandparents were Logan Abshear and Mary E. Morrison. She was an only child. She died at the age of 55 on January 4th, 1973 in Jasper Co.,GA Prospect Methodist Church.1 -
