presents that I Jane Regan also Jane Gross, widow, ye daughter and soleheiress of ye within named Richard Gross do hereby (for theconsiderati on of five thousand pounds of tobacco in hand as part of yesatisfaction for thi s land, as also for diverse other considerations methereunto moving) assign and make over all my right title and interestin ye land and appteures in this pate nt conveyed to Nicholas Casey andto his heirs and assigns forever, as witness m y hand and seal this 9thday of Feb., 1696.
