*Phillip was born in 1735 in Pitt Co.,NC. *Phillip's father was *John (Sr) Pipkin and his mother was *Martha Goodman. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named John, Daniel, Issac, Joseph, Jesse, Lewis, Stewart, Martha and Mary. He died after 1790.
They had six sons, and also a child of unknown gender named Asa, *Jesse, Isaac, Phillip Jr., Enos, James and Unknown.
