Augustine Pierson 
Augustine was born in December 1834 in Indiana. Augustine's father was Thomas Pierson and his mother was Elizabeth Jones. His paternal grandparents were John Pierson and Nancy P. Gee. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John, William, George D., Arthur, Abraham, Narcissa, Eliza and Sarah. He was the oldest of the nine children.-
