Norma Merle Penn

Norma Merle was born in Silverton,Texas.  Norma Merle's father was William Walter Penn and her mother was Rosa Frances Milton.  She was an only child.  She died on October 26th, 1996.

‌Norma Merle and Leland Odie were married in a religious ceremony on July 4th, 1925 in Walters,Cotton County,Oklahoma.  They had three daughters named Living, Living and Living.
