Her paternal grandparents were Louis I 'the Fair, the Pious' King of France, Holy Roman Emp and Judith of Bavaria. She had a sister named Roheut (Rothaut). She was the younger of the two children. She had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Louis II 'the Stammerer' King of France, Holy Roman Emperor, Rothilde Princess of France, Judith Princess of France and Hersent Princess of France.1 General Notes
