Francis McNeely 
Francis was born in 1854. Francis' father was George I. McNeely and his mother was Ellen Bryant. His paternal grandparents were William Barnett McNeely and Elizabeth McNeely. He had two brothers and six sisters, named John, William F., Michael, Eliza J., Cynthia, Mary E., Sarah (Sally) A. and Caroline. He was the second youngest of the nine children.-
