Manasseh was born in Abt 709 BC -. Manasseh's father was Hezekiah and his mother was Hephzibah. His paternal grandparents were Ahaz and Abijah. He was an only child. He died in Abt 642 BC.General Notes

He fostered foreign cults. The Prayer of Manasses, one of the pseudepigrapha,
placed in the APOCRYPHA in the Authorized Version, is given as hispenitential
prayer.
He was 12 years old when he began his rule. He did evil and used enchantments and wizards. He ruled for 55 years (II Kings 21:1).
