John Main (Mayne) 
John was born in 1614 in Hatherleigh,Devonshire,England. John's father was Alexander Main and his mother was unknown. His paternal grandparents were John Mayne and Missus. He had two brothers and a sister, named Richard, Jasmer and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 85 on May 27th, 1699 in Boston,Suffolk,Massachusetts.General Notes
