John Lewis

John was born in 1694.  John's father was Col. John Lewis and his mother was Elizabeth Warner.  His maternal grandparents were Augustine Warner and Mildred Reade.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 60 in 1754.

They had a son named Henry.
