Alan (la Coche) was born in Earl of,Brittany,of North Molton,co. Devon.¹   Alan (la Coche)'s father was Geoffrey DE PORHOET and his mother was Hawise OF BRITTANY.  He was an only child.  He died in 1190 in England.¹
