Mary was born on December 5th, 1809 in of Shaen,Straboe,Leix,Ireland. Mary's father was Thomas Kemmis Reverend and her mother was Mary Riky. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Kemmis and Anne (Nancy) White. She had three brothers named Thomas, Arthur and Henry. She was the second youngest of the four children.General Notes
