James Kemmis Major-Gene 
James was born on January 1st, 1751 in of Mount Mellick,Ardea,Leix,Ireland. James' father was Thomas |Kemeys| Kemmis and his mother was Susanna Long. His paternal grandfather was William Kemeys. He had four brothers and a sister, named John "Jack", Thomas, Joshua, William Edward "Billie" and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 69 on April 2nd, 1820 in (sp),Cheltenham,Gloucestershire,England.General Notes
