Frances Herbert Lady 
Frances was born on June 5th, 1775 in of,Highclere,Hampshire,England. Frances' father was Henry Herbert *E Caernar and her mother was Elizabeth Alicia Maria Wyndham Lady. Her paternal grandparents were William Herbert Earl of Pe and Catherine Elizabeth Tewes. She had six brothers named Henry George, Charles, William, Percy, George and Algernon. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 55 on August 22nd, 1830.General Notes
