Benjamin was born in 1684 in Brattleboro,VT. Benjamin's father was Dennis Hadley and his mother was Joanna Bullard. His maternal grandparents were George Bullard and Mergrett. He was an only child. He died at the age of 92 on March 24th, 1776 in Groton,Middlesex,MA.
‌Benjamin and Mehitable were married in a religious ceremony on September 27th, 1711 in Watertown,Middlesex,MA. They had a daughter named Mehitable.
