Betty (Betsy) HARDMAN

Betty (Betsy) was born in 1798 in Preston,Lancs.,Eng. and her baptism took place in 1798 in Preston,Lancashire,England. Betty (Betsy)'s father was Richard HARDMAN and her mother was Elizabeth HODGKINSON. Her paternal grandparents were William HARDMAN and Margaret Jane KILSHAW; her maternal grandparents were James HODSKINSON and Ellen KIRBY. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Edward, William, John, Richard, John, Margaret, Jane, Elizabeth and Alice. She was the third oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 47 on July 27th, 1845.
