Barnibus B. (Barney) was born on March 16th, 1813 in North Carolina. Barnibus B. (Barney)'s father was Joseph Gray and his mother was Amelia (Millie). His paternal grandfather was poss John Blair Gray. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Isaac, William, Benjamin F or I, Joseph, Martin, Charles, Griffin, David, Anna, Lydia and Margaret. He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 67 on May 23rd, 1880 in Hancock County,Indiana. He was buried in Philadelphia Church Cemetary RD 40.General Notes
Was a farmer and lived in Indiana over 50 years. Owned land from Marion County line almost to Philadelphia, Indiana (Now N.S. Rd # 40). Mentioned in
