Samuel Finley 
Samuel was born in March 1780 in Hamilton Bann Twp,York County Pennsylvania. Samuel's father was William Finley and his mother was Susanna Skinney. His paternal grandparents were William O'Neil Finley and Cathrine Culbertson. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Ebenezer, Michael, John, William, Catherine, Susanna, Martha, Margaret Finley and Ann. He was the second youngest of the ten children.-
