Phillips Finley 
Phillips was born on April 13th, 1820. Phillips' father was William Finley and his mother was Rebecca Wendell. His paternal grandparents were William Finley and Susanna Skinney. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Daniel, William M., Archibald, Robert, Lavinia, Margaret, Mary Ann, Sarah Ann, Barbara, Catherine and Louisa. He was the fifth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 95 on February 6th, 1916.-
