Michael Finley 
Michael was born in March 1783 in Chester County,Pennsylvania. Michael's father was Michael Finley and his mother was Mary Waugh. His paternal grandparents were William O'Neil Finley and Cathrine Culbertson. He had two brothers and four sisters, named William, Samuel, Mary, Catherine, Esther and Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 40 on June 6th, 1823 in Brownsburg,Rockbridge County,Virginia.-
