Matilda W. was born on December 8th, 1798 in Mt. Joy,Adams,Pennslvania. Matilda W.'s father was William Finley and her mother was Margaret Horner. Her paternal grandparents were Michael Finley and Mary Waugh. She had two brothers and five sisters, named David Horner, John Horner, Maria, Drusella T., Esther, Eliza Love S. and Margaret. She died at the age of 66 on January 6th, 1865.-
