Joan "of Acre" was born in 1272 in (Acre),Akko,Hazafon,Israel.  Joan "of Acre"'s father was Edward I "Longshanks" England and her mother was Eleanor Princess Of Castile & Leon.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry III King England and Eleonore (Leonor) Countess Provence. She had two half-brothers named Thomas of and Edmund Earl of.  She died at the age of 35 on April 23rd, 1307 in ,Clare,Suffolk,England.  She was buried on April 26th, 1307 in Austin Friars',Clare,Suffolk,England.
