Ives De Grandmesnil 
Ives was born about 1064 in Grandemesnil,Calvados.1 Ives' father was Hugh De Grandmesnil and his mother was Adeliza De Beaumont. His paternal grandparents were Robert De Grandmesnil and Hawise D'Eschauffen; his maternal grandparents were Ives II De Beaumont Comte De Beaumont and Adele De Ponthieu. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Aubrey, Hugh, Robert, William, Adelaide, Agnes, Hawise, Matilda and Rohais. He died in 1118.1 General Notes
