Susan De Braose 
Susan was born about 1160.1 Susan's father was William De Braose and her mother was Maude (Matilda) De Saint Valery. Her paternal grandparents were William De Braose and Bertha De Gloucester; her maternal grandparents were Bernard IV De Saint Valery and Matilda. She had two brothers and a sister, named Reginald, William IV and Matilda. She was the oldest of the four children. She had a half-brother named Reginald.-
