Frank M. Couffer

Frank M. was born about 1877.  Frank M.'s father was Samuel Couffer and his mother was Elizabeth.  His paternal grandfather was William Couffer. He had two brothers named Charles M. and Samuel.  He was the youngest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named John, George, Louisa and Matilda.
