Odo was born about 0910.1   Odo's father was Herbert II Comte De Vermandois and his mother was Hildebrante De Neustria Princess Of France.  His paternal grandparents were Herbert I Count Of Vermandois Count and BERTHA (BEATRICE) De MORVOIS; his maternal grandmother was Baeatrice De VERMANDOIS. He had two brothers and a sister, named Herbert, Adalbert and Ledgarde.  He was the oldest of the four children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Robert De Vermandois and Ledgarde.1
