John D. Close

John D. was born on July 30th, 1840.  John D.'s father was Elnathan Close and his mother was Martha Evans.  His maternal grandparents were John Williams Evans and Nancy Wells. He had a brother named Allen. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Alex Richard, Jesse, Jennie Marie, Nancy Ann and Mary.
