Rijk was born on March 25th, 1898 in Jutphaas,Netherland. Rijk's father was Pieter COPIER and his mother was Gijsbertje VAN REMMERDEN. His paternal grandparents were Teunis COPIER and Ingetje HAAK; his maternal grandparents were Robertus VAN REMMERDEN and Gijsberje VAN HEEMSKERK. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Teunis, Pieter, Rijk, Jan, Gijsbertje, Ingetje, Maaike, Hendrikje and Hendrikje. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 84 on June 6th, 1982 in Nieuwegein,Netherland.General Notes
