Mary Brashears 
Mary was born in 1652 in Nansemond,Virginia. Mary's father was Benjamin Brashears and her mother was Mary Jones. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Brassieur and Elizabeth Fowke; her maternal grandparents were William Jones and Dorothy Cager. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Robert, Benjamin, John, Ann, Elizabeth, Susannah and Martha. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 72 in 1724.-
