Asa was born on August 28th, 1756 in Salem,Gloucester,NJ. Asa's father was Ephraim Bee and his mother was Sophia Fulkes. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Bee and Rebecca Brayman; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Fulkes and Elizabeth Curtis. He was an only child. He died about 1826 in Meathouse Fork,Doddridge County,West Virginia. He was buried in 1826 in Bee Cemetery,Three Forks,near Newburg,Preston County, West Virginia.General Notes
