Sarah was born on May 29th, 1713 in Pennsylvania. Sarah's father was John II Beals and her mother was Sarah C. Bowater. Her paternal grandparents were John Beals and Mary Clayton; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Bowater and Sarah Edge. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Bowater, John III, William, Ann Mary, Prudence and Rachel. She died at the age of 87 on September 9th, 1800 in Deep River MM,Guilford County,North Carolina.-
