William BRIGGS

William was born on January 25th, 1668 in Taunton,Bristol,MA. William's father was William BRIGGS and his mother was Sarah MACOMBER. His paternal grandparents were John BRIGGS and Hannah FISHER; his maternal grandparents were William MACOMBER and Priscilla Ursula THOMAS. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Mathew, Amos, John, Sarah, Elizabeth Macomber, Hannah and Mary. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 63 on February 28th, 1731 in Taunton,Bristol,Massachusetts.
