William S. Ashby 
William S. was born on December 2nd, 1841. William S.'s father was Stephen Ashby and his mother was Elvira J. Hamby. He was an only child. He was buried in Ebenezer Cemetery.
‌William S. and Malissa Caroline were married in a religious ceremony on April 1st, 1866. They had a son and five daughters, and also a child of unknown gender, named Ordello A., Elvira J., Bertha May, Effie B., Lillie May, Stella and ------Ashby.
