Absolom was born in Anne Arundel County,Maryland. Absolom's father was William Anderson and his mother was Susannah Meek. His paternal grandparents were John Anderson and Elizabeth Pratt; his maternal grandparents were John Meek and Mary UNKNOWN. He had two brothers and two sisters, named James, William, Jane and Mary. He had a half-brother named John. He died on February 17th, 1787 in poss Woodwardville,Maryland. He was buried in Patuxient,Anne Arundel Co. Maryland.-
