Jean Lemaiatre 
Jean was born on October 29th, 1661 in Trois Rivieres, St. Maurice, Quebec, Canada.1 Jean's father was Francois Lemaistre Dit Lamorille Et Le Picard and his mother was Judith Rigaud Dit Bellerive. His paternal grandparents were Denis Lemaistre and Catherine Anne Ducharme Loyer; his maternal grandparents were Elisha Rigaud Dit Bellerive and Marie Suzanne Du Gast-Thouin. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Pierre Dit Lamorille Et, Noel, Francois Lemaitre Dit, Charles Lemaistre Dit, Marie-Louise, Marquerite Lemaistre Dit and Marguerite. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 48 on April 13th, 1710 in Trois Rivieres, St. Maurice, Quebec, Canada.1 General Notes
