His paternal grandparents were Jacob Burroughs and UNKNOWN Mary; his maternal grandparents were Roger Tandy and Sarah Ann Colby Quarles. He had six sisters named Elizabeth, Frances, Jane, Mary, Mildred and Sarah Anne. He died about 1836 in Winchester, Clark, KY.1 -
