Thomas was born on June 10th, 1669 in Surrry Co. Va. Thomas' father was Thomas Hart and his mother was Mary Anne Shepherd. His paternal grandparents were Henry Hart and Elizabeth Unknown; his maternal grandparents were Robert Shepherd and Elizabeth Spencer. He had a brother named Henry. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 47 on November 20th, 1716 in Isle Of Wight Co, Virginia. He was buried in Isle Of Wight Co, Virginia.-
