John Hand

John was born in 1611 in Kent Co. England.  John's father was John Hand and his mother was Joan Simmons.  His paternal grandfather was Stephen Hand. He had three brothers and a sister, named Mark, Mulford, Richard and Mehitabel.  He was the third oldest of the five children.

‌John and Alice were married in a religious ceremony in 1633 in Tonbridge, Kent County, England.
