John Gilliam 
John was born about 1614 in Gravesend, Kent, England. John's father was Richard Devereaux Gilliam and his mother was Dorothy Fountayne. His paternal grandfather was Walter William Gilliam. He was an only child. He died in June 1673 in Henrico County, VA. He was buried in Surry County, VA.General Notes
