William Foster

William was born about 1662 in Surrry Co. Va.  William's father was George Foster and his mother was Elizabeth Witherington. He had a brother and two sisters, named Thomas, Mary and Elizabeth.  He was the second youngest of the four children.  He died in 1721 in Surrry Co. Va.
