Elizabeth Church 
Elizabeth was born on March 26th, 1665 in Bristol Massachuesetts. Elizabeth's father was Benjamin Church and her mother was Alice Southworth. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Church and Elizabeth Warren; her maternal grandparents were Constant Southworth and Elizabeth Collier. She was an only child. She died at the age of 26 in 1691 in Surry County, VA.General Notes
