Miles was born about 1100 in Gloucester, England.  Miles' father was Walter\Gautier fitz Roger.  His paternal grandfather was Roger dePitres.  He was an only child.  He died on December 25th, 1142.  He was buried in Earl of Hereford, Const. of England..
