Amauri was born in 0993 in Evreux,Normandie.  Amauri's father was William de Hainault. He had three half-brothers named Amauri de Montfort Seigneur, Amauri de Montfort Seigneur and Amauri deMontfort Seigneur.  Amauri is no longer alive.

‌Amauri and Bertrade were married in a religious ceremony about 1022 in Ile de France,France.  They had a son named Simon I.
