Baron Alan (The Great) Percy 
Alan, known as The Great, was born about 1069. The Great's father was Baron William (Als Gernons) Percy and his mother was Emma Port. His paternal grandfather was Ld. Geoffry Percy; his maternal grandparents were Ld. Hugh of Basing Port and Orenge. He was an only child. He died in 1120. He was buried in Whitby.General Notes

William was born in 1112. He died at the age of 63 in 1175. He was buried in Fountains Abbey.
