Sarah was born in 1668 in Rye, Westchester County, New York, u.S.a.. Sarah's father was William Odell and her mother was Sarah Vowles. Her paternal grandparents were William Odell and Rebecca Brown; her maternal grandparents were Richard Vowles and Mary Sadler. She had seven brothers and a sister, named John, Samuel, Hackaliah, Isaac, Jonathan, Stephen, Michael and Mary. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died after 1686 in Westbury. Long Island, New York.-
