Nocher II of Bar-Sur-Aube's father was Ct. Nocher I of Bar-Sur-Abe and his mother was Adelaideof Soissons.  His paternal grandparents were Archard of Roucy and of Bar-Sur-Aube; his maternal grandparents were Ct. Giselbert of Soissons and Aelis or Adelaide.  He was an only child.
