William Le Vasasour

Sir William Vavasour, eldest son, Knight and Lord of Haslewood. He was ajudge in the 30th of Henry II, 1184, and one of the witnesses to thecharter of the Abbey of Sawley, County York, refounded by Matilda dePercy, Countess of Warwick. He held two knights fees of Sir William dePercy in 1187.
