Heinrich III, known as The Black (der Schwartzer), was born on October 28th, 1017 in , Schwaben, Bayern. The Black (der Schwartzer)'s father was Emperor Konrad II Hre and his mother was Duchess Gisele of Schwaben. His paternal grandparents were Graf Heinrich of Speyergau and Adelaideof Lower Alsace; his maternal grandparents were Duke Hermann II of Schwaben and Prcs Gerberge of Bourgogne. He had two half-brothers named Liudolf of Sachsen and Bruno of E. Sachsen. He died at the age of 38 on October 5th, 1056 in Bodefeld, Hartz.General Notes
