John Stark

John was born on January 11th, 1835 in Cumbernauld Scotland.  John's father was * Alexander C Stark and his mother was * Isabella Brown.  His paternal grandparents were *John Stark and *Mary Cunningham; his maternal grandparents were * John Brown and * Margaret MacCaulay. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Edward Stirling, * Alexander, Jane, Mary, Isabella and Mary Cunningham.  He was the second oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 67 on December 16th, 1902 in Strathalbyn SA.  He was buried on December 17th, 1902 in Strathalbyn Cemetary.
