* Hugh V was born in 1013.  * Hugh V's father was * Hugh IV Sire and his mother was * Aldearde Thours.  His paternal grandfather was * Hugh III Sire; his maternal grandfather was * Raoul I Thours.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 47 in 1060.
